The pitches are all correct, except for the second (the 'ter' of the first 'yesterday'), taking a little extra time in places is quite okay, and feminizing the text is also allowable (indeed, otherwise it would be as though it were two girls breaking up !). Not bad overall. Next step is to find a string quartet to accompany.

Right, you didn't. Gillandile did. Sorry for not making that clear. The larger point I would also make, and I think many would agree with me on (you too probably), is that if one sings something that's been done a gazillion times and is one of the all-time classics, one had better do it right and well. I think this rendering makes the grade despite being bare-bones solo acapella only.
