I don't wish this on you, but I think if you sang this song right after a big heart break, you'd sound better than Bon Iver, and vocally you already do, it's just you can hear the pain Emma caused him, like Eddie Vedder singing Black. The pain is undeniable, and both songs are heart-wrenching as much as they have a gravitational pull reminding the few of us who give everything for love & then fall into spiraling unfathomable hell. Still definitely the best Bon Iver cover. Do you write?

I have to say that I came into this video with low expectations. I did that for two reasons; firstly, I had only seen one of your videos before (the recent muse cover), and secondly because I am of the opinion that Bon Iver's music is usually perfect the way it is and no one should touch it.

I am so glad that my mind was blown! Your voice and your technique are both very good. And, although I have to agree at least a little with awesomeous, I still think it's brilliant.

all right everyone to clear things up I didn't say he was better. Bon Iver's harmony and everything is done through layering his own vocal and adding other harmonies and effects as well.

Which makes him more talented, but I'm saying, he isn't as vocally strong as this guy.
