1. I don't know about the rest, but the people stealing your copper aren't Hungarians nor Rumanians, they're Gypsies. Just like Austrians (I'm assuming you're one), who stroll around in burkhas aren't Austrians.

I agree with tla123456. Austro-hungary empire consisted of many nations, many these had their own languages and own long history before joined austria..for example czech kings owned hungarian crown before 1526, but when king Ludvik of Jagellons died in 1526 czech nobles decided to invite habsburg Ferdinad I and made him a king. So both czech and hungarian crown belonged to him since then. Every from those nations wanted to be independet but independce was given only to hungaria in 1867.

Das ging ihnen am Arsch vorbei, da der Titel vor langer, langer Zeit seine Machtpolitische bedeutung verloren hat. Das was du meinst ist vermutlich das Deutsche Kaiserreich, was wieder was anderes ist. Die Heißen übriegens Habsburg und nicht Geschlecht^^

Wenn ich mich nicht komplett irre, war es Österreich-Ungarn (KUK) die sich Serbien einverleiben wollten und die Bombe zum Platzen brachten. Ich will euch Ösis das nicht vorwerfen oder so, wenn man es aus damaliger Sicht betrachtet, hättet ihr vermutlich sonst den Status als Großmacht verloren.. Es wurde schon für weit lächerlichere Dinge Kriege begonnen. Bündistreue kannst du Preußen bzw. dem Kaiser aber nicht vorwerfen.

Austria and the Austrians were clearly German up to 1945, even after they had been pushed out of the German Condederation by the Prussians in 1866. It was in Vienna that the first black-red-golden flags were shown in 1918. The Austrian parliament decided to join the German Reich but the "democratic" allies forbade the implementation of the decision in the dictats of St. Germain and Versailles.

@paulgreenfields To be honest: we are in deep sorrows about our friends and neighbours of what is going on in Hungary since they have an extremly right winged government now.
Austria and Hungary (and a few more nations in mid europe) were united for a couple of hundred years but after nationalism got more and more important in the middle of 19th century things started to go wrong.
Anyway, we'll see what future will bring.
