I read that Lulu was not real happy with her vocals on this because she was suffering from a cold. You would never know it - this ranks as one of the best Bond tunes in my opinion. Lulu gives it the drama that makes a true Bond theme song.

The Man with the Golden Gun as a film wasn't the best Bond movie but it is watchable. I will watch it if it is on-the theme is unusual because the music is good and the lyric line is good but together the song comes out silly. It's almost burlesque in a way. Still I would buy the DVD (and will when I can).

I like the ending of the man with golden gun where like during end credits where the man with golden gun plays by Lulu again but it uses James Bond name in the song at the end in the credit and then Lulu yells in the song while singing "JAMES BOND IS HERE!!!! and then the song contines I think the man with golden gun has one of the best endings ever in the seris
