It's so funny how the Yankees re-spell such a nicely, clearly phonetically spelled Czech words. The written result looks worse than Vietnamese. But the guy says is pretty well.
He still doesn't distinguish long and short syllables too well. For example, the second word is "lásky". So this "aaaah" must be long and strong - while his "ah" is shorter and weaker than one in the previous "škoda".
On the other hand, short vs long "í" or "ý" is pronounced the same for í and ý. But short "i/y" is closer to "eh" than what he says, while the long "í/ý" must be the ordinary "ee".
