I'm facing the same problem , having to replace my transom.
Not looking forward to it though.
The marina where I keep the boat wanted $2,000.00 to do the job.
I'm actually thinking of calling a lawer and filing suit against the dealer that sold me the boat only 2 months ago.
What do you think?
