Two very big movie mistakes in this scene.

Captain McCluskey is already eating dinner when he didn't even order the food.

And second mistake is Michael shoots McCluskey in the neck and you see the bullet hole on his head while he is holding his wounded neck.

Even though McCluskey doesnt ask for it explicitly, he agrees to give it a try after Sollozzo recommends it. Also, Michael shoots him twice, first in the neck, and then in the head. He is holding his neck b/c there is a wound there and there is blood on his head b/c there is another wound there. Check your facts you dipshit
