In all honesty, I find the 6v6s interesting, but considering the repetetive nature of pub games, and/or gathers. I tend to not watch them often... I've watched so many games they all blend in together. We need some sort of mini tournament (no prizes) with a ladder or something.
I dont like it at all actually, i find the design quite uncertain (bulky top half, very slim grip). Looks like a toy and does not represent the damage its dealing, thats on of the problems i have with the rifle. Pistol's sound is awful and not to mention its firing is buggy.
@FlopperMax I do admit that the pistol is rather large, even for a magnum (supposedly this is to fit better in a Spartan's hand, but they handle normal-sized weapons just as easily), but in Reach the pistol returns with all of those other problems improved, despite a smaller magazine and less damage. But, then again, the industry's come a long way in ten years; back then everything was like a toy in video games.
@benediktivars try getting the beta... jokes aside. Try verifying your steam game cache integrity. If that doesn't do anything, install direct x nine redistributable. just google "direct x 9" and the first link should be it. If you can't find it, send me a pm and I'll give you a direct link.

I like the coordinated attacks and strategies of competitive games better than public games. But I watch both, when I have time.

The pistol still reminds me of the Halo pistol; not a sidearm as much as a long-range compliment to your arsenal.
