Whats the Problem , I have my lab in Germany for decades and we only work with god stuff wich is made in Germany ( or in the USA ) . Nobody can controlls what they do in China amd the other thing is ,they have no structure to educate good dentaltechnicians, it needs time and a lot of good experts were you can learn from.
And further the technicians work there for 12hours a day , 7 days a week and that for 150 Dollars a month !!

Many domestic dental labs have been testing there own products produced here in the states and the results were unexpected. They contain lead.]
Also the ADA states that the limit for lead in dental devices is 300ppm. The material problem is not China's it's the manufactures, the FDA, the CDC, and the ADA.

Look,Im in the business of Dental Crowns. 90% of the dentist i have ever worked for and with do NOT seek the best for thier patients crowns and bridges unless it saves them money to do so. THere is the conflict. You get what you pay for, and they dont like paying period. Even a T shirt has "Made In" some country on it. Patients DEMAND to know whats going in your mouth. Who and where it was made and the materials used. Dentists do NOT make smiles. Laboratory technicians do.
