  • UK stop pouring money into Afghanistan. They wont appreciate taking help from the infadels, kaffir. Dot bother librating the women. Look at the Muslim women in Britain they walk around wearing a burka and cover their face when they dont need to. Their man will always control them.

  • They suck

  • LOL 40% vote turnout

how is that credible ???. NO thanks

to conflicts caused by militants and Yanks

  • were the elections really honest? not sure about that. Karzai holds enough power to rig the elections.

  • what a mess!!

  • Very sad, the sham elections designed to legitimise the puppet regime and foreign occupation of a country.

  • Near the end the Veteran of Afghan Russian war commenting about ''The Masters of Afghans in Washington'' This is the Russian mentality that cost them the war in Afghanistan, This is why Afghan with little help from outside, kicked USSR out of AFghanistan with their heads down. IM HAPPY FOR AFGHANISTAN AND ITS BRAVE ROBUST AND MOSTLY MISREPRESENTED PEOPLE, I HOPE THEY CONTINUE TO LIVE IN PEACE, and ues they will need the help of International community to get there 1st.

  • At the time the Afgan war was extremely unpopular in Russia. Russian 18 year old boys, who had to do the obligatory army service, dreaded to be sent to Afganistan and were unmotivated. It wasn't their war - they were sent "to help Afgan people" to get rid of what has now become talibans. It's ironic that now the US and British troops have to do the same job. I hope one day Afgan people grow into civilized society on their own, otherwise the history will keep repeating itself.

  • They don\t actually "have to do the same job."

You have to read history of how the Taliban got started in the first place--in particular, who funded them. Then read about the strategic value of Afghanistan from the point-of-view of organized financial powers. Hint: TAPI.

  • Essencially it was a war between extreme islamic values versus secular orientated society, the same as now.

  • Afghanistan just like India

both easily under control by foreigner (British Empire and America)

  • Cool omg
