  • bb floor deadlifts, bb bent over rows, weighted chin ups (underhand). progressively add weight and you should see good gains. doing as many exercises as you makes it almost impossible to progress in weight. stick to the movement above (you can switch t-bar rows with bb bent over rows if you want).

  • sup dude! great videos. just i quick note, if you reaaally want your legs to join the party then you got to do them on a separate day on their own!

    it takes a lot to beast those legs! squats, leg press, lunges, extensions and curls. get on it my friend because if your legs grow at a good rate, your upper body should catch up and grow quicker, providing a good strong balance :) how old are you btw?

  • @PYNPbodybuilding well my 2 cents is get max muscle gains legs i would recommend legs x2 a week as stimulation happens for 3 days and people with lagging legs seem to respond to this but not 3x a week as he mentions in his video but theres more than one way to skin a cat

  • @wrusst man, personally i wouldnt be able to do legs twice a week aha my legs would be too fatigued and over-trained... one every 6 days is good for me. but as you said, there more than one way and, of cause, everyone's different! Everyone should do what works for them but still try new techniques and methods because you never know .. ;)

  • Hello my friend, good videos dude, I like your enthusiasm, am a bodybuilder myself. You said that you did back and legs, and you said that you did only a bit of legs. Okay, so, you did two major muscle groups in one day and and this is not as efficient as doing one small and a big muscle group in a day. My advice, to get the greatest pump, complete the keg workout, and do 4 sets of 15 - 12 reps. To get big leggs you have to train them like there is no tomorrow!! Then, move on to your traps!

  • @maximator75 This will ensure that your legs are flushed with fresh oxygenated blood and the pump you will get out of it is out of this world!! And also, stretch your trained muscle in between each set for about 7 seconds, this will make sure that you get rid of the lactic acid, prevent muscle breakdown and increase your pump!! Keep training bro!!

  • Id agree with most comments here, compound movements for most muscle mass gain. 45 mins per muscle group. Eat higher amount meals less times a day. How many hours a night sleep do you get? Thats probably the most important thing for building muscle, sleep.

  • Don't worry about filling out. Your still really young. Once you hit your growth spurt everything will get bigger. Just keep eating a lot of carbs, proteins, and healthy fats. You got the frame be a really aesthetic muscular teen.

  • make ur werkouts 30 to 45 mins TOPS since ur an ectomorph, more u werkout is not gonna get u bigger faster. jus make sure u lift heavy as u can good form and thats it man get out, youll get a good werkout

  • do compound movements my dude youll gain alot more mass faster. dont worry so much on the isolation movements thats for shaping and detailing

  • @Blackpearlsi99 agree, he even said himself he needs mass. what he needs to do is get on a program that will allow him to to high frequency lower volume heavy compound movements.

  • @mandisencool exactlyl all he needs is to eat alot of calories ,and do sum intense heavy compound moventments 45 min TOPS good form and hes on his way lol
