Wow! I made this recipe today, and they were delicious like all your recipes. I just had a problem finding those little baking papers and that style of baking pan, so I made them in mini pound cake aluminum disposable pans. They did require extra time in the oven about 10 minutes more. Using this recipe I ended up with two mini pound cake loaves. I also iced them with the same icing you made for the carrot cake recipe, the result was amazing! Thanks once again!
