ok...i dont praise products or try to convince anybody of anything... i have never posted a youtube video but i want to put what i am taking.. plasma jet... super pump... sizeOn during workout... novadexXT before bed... 2 UndergroundS prohormones mid day... i have gained 9 pounds in two weeks.. i am 6'5 219 lbs.. tall and lean.. a def hard gainer.. but this has worked unreal for me... and of course eating like a freak
