Yes, that is the bauty of them, you can take them off! Food and drinks will get caught in the braces and possibly stain your teeth if you try to eat with them on.

I just wanted to let you know that wearing your upper retainer for six months wont be sufficient. To make sure that your teeth do not shift you have to wear your retainer until the roots of your new aligned teeth stay. That most likely will take longer than six months.
Wow, you are done with ur top aligners! Yay! That's pretty excellent that only have to wear them at night for 6 months. How long do you have to wear the top aligners in total though? Ur teeth are looking amazing. I envy you. :)
hey i have had braces now for a week and i only have 2 teeth that are crooked,i want to take off these braces ASAP i do not feel they are for me i would rather feel comfortable with invisilign! can you please give me some advice !
