Shortly after the attack on the World Trade Center, an appearance by an angry Norman Schwartzkopf on some news program instilled in me a renewed sense of comfort in knowing that this country 'is' strong and that the men and women who are responsible for keeping us safe 'are' there and are well-trained and are taking orders from men like General Schwartzkopf - a man who exudes the strength and determination that embodies the awesome power of the United States military. He has my utmost respect.
