The armour is tesla armour (avalabe later when the enclave invade)

and to get daog meat you must go to a place called the scrap yard, it is far to the right of the map, >.>

I was on this tower once with a sniper rifle. I started shooting at that guy with the robots at Robco facility. They just ran in circles like dumbasses.

I got tired ov trying to snipe them because I could barely see them, so I just shot a Mini Nuke down there. They died.

Thats the Mysterious Stranger. When you take the "Mysteruous Stranger" perk,he will sometimes show up during VATS and help you fight. It's all random tho,but still fun to see him come in with the Magnum on their asses xD

It's Tesla Armor. You find it on dead Enclave soldiers,later on in the game.

It's one of the best power armors in the game imo,and it's looks are second to none,for me at least. GL finding it

You're pretty well in the game. As a matter of fact,you will meet Enclave soldiers very very soon. They will have the standard issue Enclave Power armor tho. I usualy found Tesla wearing soldiers randomly in the wilderness,or the DC area. You will run across them sooner or later,dont worry.

i dont know if anyone knows this but dont give the keys to crowley if u keep em all u could go to fort consantine and if u have all the keys u can get the T51b armor and helmet including i htink couple of mini nukes to nice video rofl
