I love how the cat readies itself for the landing and once touch down is complete it goes back to lounging. I have a tri colored marble Bengal and she loved going for rides in the car and puts her head out of the window and meows into the wind. ( with harness on)

The idea of flight is still novel to us lowly humans. It's going to be some time before we are used to the idea.

If flying through the sky in itself is not motivation enough then think of the applications to flight; traveling relatively great distances in a short amount of time, cartography or military applications including surveillance and bombing missions.

That's my two cents worth!
