@phillipjfry6 kinda hard to get the voice actor from the original games to reprise a role for amateurs like you and me working on a mod.

For instance in the Barney's Mind series of Youtube videos it's really noticeable that the actor who played Barney isn't the same voice from the games. Having said that I enjoyed watching Barney's Mind (it was amusing in an amateurish sense) but I missed hearing the original voice work.

That is actually a "Half-Life Scream", since it was originally used in half-life. I think you can hear it somewhere in the mission "On The Rail".

Valve used a lot of models, sounds, textures and code from their other games when making Left 4 Dead.
