There are definitely two different mixes of this song. There are other versions on youtube that definitely have a more "roomy" sound. You can tell a lot at the beginning, especially. The guitar placement is very different. Watch the video. It sounds a lot different than this. (Well, it will sound different if you are a musician.)

I myself am i christian and i must say, I'm not the kind of person who loves music a lot, but switchfoot is quickly becoming my first favorite band of all time! this song in particular is my most favorite. im not gonna get into detail of why unless u want me to. it truly is a long story. switchfoot rocks!!! =D -Cysan

@sbuechler5 i myself dont know if they really are a christian band or not (due to the war of the commenters on it) but its a cool song and i am christian although i havnt stepped foot into a church for a couple years but im pretty sure the man upstairs can hear me just as clearly ^^
