@donylee Thank you, i have my A-level mechanics test this week and this lesson was really useful. Dont listen to Chensiaping, you have the best attitude for a teacher because you give up some of your own time to help and teach others. thanks again :P
Thank you so much. That was really helpful. I had to pause and go back a few times to see the manipulations you were doing, but that only helped me understand it more. Now to practice deriving the equations on my own!
An airplane accelerates from rest to the end of a runway, which is .70 km long. How much time does it take to reach the end of the runway if the plane's acceleration is 4.25 m/s/s
Excuse me sir I wish you were my physics teacher because right know I'm having a litle trouble with projectile motion and hope you can help me. (I'm just a 9th grader)
Pretty cool im doing molecular physics and quantum physics, like how everything is pure potentiality until a conscious observer interacts, causing a reality hologram from perception.
At around 3:40 you say that you can substitute v for u+at when you integrate...perhaps this is a notational error or maybe im just confused, but you wrote integral from a to t of u + atdt not (u+at)dt...was that a typo or am i missing something?
Wow, lost me at the integration, but then again I'm currently taking grade 12 physics, and calculus doesnt start until next semester :P Nice video, probably be more help to me if I understood all the math :) I'm just glad that the formulas are given to us for my level of physics haha
I don't mind at all. I would like to sincerely apologies if I sounded condescending in my comments. I do value what ungell said and thought mentioning the term 'good english' would serve as some humour if he couldn't understanding my speech.
In all seriousness, I always at best try to maintain a humble attitude in learning, and more so in teaching, because my knowledge is due to the great professors, through books or lectures, who taught me. I'm just a student passing by.
some tranquility, pls

Quick question
At around 3:40 you say that you can substitute v for u+at when you integrate...perhaps this is a notational error or maybe im just confused, but you wrote integral from a to t of u + atdt not (u+at)dt...was that a typo or am i missing something?
lepigeon 3 years ago
@lepigeon form 0 to t and using a brace every time you had to integrate would drive everyone nuts.

Good lesson. I hope to be a high school teacher someday so in teaching this I'd probably take a similar approach but minus the calculus. Well done.

Yeah! Very helpful, thanks a lot.
I think speed is quite fast but it's not so bad, you can pause and review the missing parts.
OMG I'm having an exam tomorrow!

Excuse me, but if you want to become a teacher, it would be best to lose that attitude.
Just some constructive advice, hope you don't mind.
