love this. i do not know where you live, but I thought I would share a tip for keeping your Newfy cool in the summer. I would take an old sheet fold it into a square wet it down then freeze it, Once frozen, I would unfold it and lay it down on the floor or pavement of the garage and let him lie on it. He LOVED it, also I do not know if you know, but thier body temp is 10 degreees hotter than other breeds, since they are bred for cold water rescue.Best of luck with your beauty.
My, My... Harry is a big teddy bear, isn't he? I take it he was molting (seasonal coat change), here? I thought Newfies maxed out @around 160-180#s? How many pounds of wet & dry dog food does he eat? It must be rather expensive to care N feed for the lug :-).
