I would believe your findings more if it had been a 3 tab roof but i noticed your the guy pointed to an are that looked mechanical were the 30 yr dim, would not rip in the middle, if it was more nail pops and not sealed, well thats another matter. I also work in Houston and still here since Ike and youll be surprised what unethical roofers do to homeowners roofs just to get the job!!!! SHADY????? But a speak for all roofers we need another storm
