  • @jcrebel18 - The database was created in Access 2007 and opened with Access 2010. This is not unusual, that is, to have a different version of Access to open and modify a database created in a different version of Access.

  • If this is a 2010 tutorial, why does the program say 2007?

  • thank you so much! It's really a helpful starting point!

  • I have never added a tutorial to my favourites before, but I addded this because this IS SO GOOD. And has literally enabled me to cram a program I never encountered before into my head for a test (for a job) tomorrow. Thank YOU!!!!!

  • Yesss, a non American tutorial! XD

  • Thank you for the video. This is the best beginner tutorial I have found.

  • I tried creating the relationship between Student ID and ID, but when I click "create", I get an error message: "Relationship must be on the same number of fields with the same data types." And I can't proceed. It only lets me proceed if I UNcheck "Enforce Referential Integrity". Any thoughts?

  • @MsLalieth The datatype should be the same. For e.g., the datatype for "Student ID" and "ID" should be "text" only then you can create relation between the 2 table.

Try my method let me know your result
