@TTFAFF In case you have the worst memory ever or don't know Tennis. Nadal just got off his injury in this tournament. So he was playing horrible. He didn't get his momentum back until Monte Carlo 2010.

Cincy is a great tourney, one of my favourites in the calendar. I remeber watching this match at 1am in the morning, Rafa was very defensive, he's almost out of the picture because he's standing so far behind the baseline! Thankfully he's back to himself now vamos! Fair play to Nole, great match from him :)

guys seriously,there is no much to comment in this match.....we have to speak when the two guys are in best of his form,i repeat:THE TWO,and not only one.it's obviously that Rafa in the last six months of 2009 was too far of his best game.recovering from the knee injury and 1 month without training.....that's the reality.now in 2010,Rafa Yes,is back on his deserved throne.he is playing his best tennis,and we know how many titles Nadal has won in this year:5 titles?how about djoko?just one!!!!!!!

djoko's variety and forehand precision and power hurts nadal on a fast court surface like these decoturf / us open series ones.

@BrotherTree1 true, novak´s flatter shot´s on a fast hard court, get a lot of pace and court penetration, it´s not a surface where rafa can track those ball´s down easily, because of how fast the ball moves through the court. I think rafa need´s to adjust his forehand more, particularly for us open series, I think overspinning the forehand is not very effective on this surface, he could come more to the net as well.

The cincinnati court is a fast hard court, not as fast as US open, but still fast for a hard court. Also its night which slows down pace a bit.

I actually feel that novak is getting better than and than rafa as their matches have shown that novak is close to rafa on clay whereas rafa is falling way behind novak on hard court.

But what i like about novak is that he doesn't fear or respect rafa the way federer does,he just play him and i don't think rafa game really bothers novak as he is just a defensive machine who is good cause he is left handed but roger bothers him because of his shots making and aggressive play,,beat him today again

Novak says differently and I believe him. he has much respect for Nadals game. he even says he thinks he'd be a clear number 1 if he wasnt born in a tennis era with two greats.

What I like about Djokovic is that he didnt let the fact that Nadal and Federer were such "greats" intimidate him. He knew and still knows that he has to get even better in order to win. He believes in himself and I know he has the game to be number 1.

Nadal will never be "easy" to beat. You have to play amazing shots

Yeah I agree with you there. I think Nole has been the best player in Paris this week it was good to see Rafa play better today but I do think Novak might just have the edge and win tomorrow
