@PDuo Since they're player controlled, we don't know if most of them would do it if they had free will. On the other hand, Marisa would most likely do it regardless of being controlled.

@MarisaHanamura Pretty much ALL video game law enforcment sucks in RPG's. I think that the kingdoms dont improve them because destined heroes are cheaper on the budget and use the savings to pay for the airships and mana cannons their evil advisors cook up.
