im norwegian.. and i have dreamed of living in new york for such a long time.. sex and the city, gossip girl, ugly betty and so on.. they all make it seem soooo great..oh the shopping and the new york guys... i would so love it.. i will try to get in to a school program so that i can be a foreign exhange student there.. but how is it really? i mean... sex and the city probobly isn't the greatest picture of how it is in new york..

maraar5, new york is better than any movie or tv portrayal. it's grittier and more real and has an energy that just surrounds you and goes through you like a warm current of complex, alive, intensity... for hours and hours on end.

New York City is arguably the best city in the world, u have great cusine great architecture diversity and the largest economical centre all in one city

New Yorkers are really the best ppl. other ppl think were juss heartless and rude but when it come down to tough times we band together and get through it

Born & raised in NYC, moved to New Orleans till the storm. Now in Portland Oregon for various reasons. This makes me miss NY. It's been over a year and a half since i've been able to visit 'home' and it's driving me crazy.

I want Pizza! Real Pizza! And real Pastrami! And Juniors Cheesecake! And good Italian food that i don't have to cook myself!
