Garden gnomes were so common when we started cutting down their trees. They would move into our massive gardens and help to look after the place in return for allowing them to continue living around us.
Humans invaded their sacred lands with urban and farming expansion, now there are not many place for them to hide and survive because for some reason we didn't look after them well enough and our gardens don't really get shared as much as they used to.
That's a gnome, a very rare sighting indeed. I never thought this kind of creature could be cought on camera, did you notice how it seemed to teleport short distances?
They must close attunement to astral space which allows teleportation. These beings are very magical and you'll no doubt be blessed by extremely good luck by coming this close to one of these sacred beings.
Try the South of Ireland, the evil British government were trying to hide the arcane way because it would free our minds and go against their "Christian roots" of control and grasp upon us - gnomes are actually linked to "Paganism" because it embraces magical forms instead of opposing them.
