I think her footwork is very good but her arms are not bagua. Her basics are not that of true bagua. It doesn't matter if it's modern or traditional, bagua isn't complete unless the upper body accompanies the lower. Check out Sun Zhijun or his student Liu Deming. These men are the essence of true Cheng bagua.

This is something very significant to the style that is rarely shown in good detail or well explained.
If this is a wushu demonstration of the form its not the original form, its adapted to a competitive style, call the body swimming form, which is the Chinese government form of the bagua style, and not the origional.

Her form is not quite perfect however, done properly her arms should rarely be fully extended.
Baguazhang is a martial art that speciallizes in Infighting and thus long ranged full arm punches are rarely used.
