  • i love beaufort south cackalacka

  • Excellent quality. Thanks so much for posting, kagarrisOn!!

  • Top 10 movie when there aint shit on tv!

  • I just watched this again, and became even whiter and less coordinated. then i thought i was in a commercial from 1982 for Ragu tomato sauce. THen glenn close's butt woke me up. then i died from inoperable white man's overbite.

  • Jeff Goldblum was and still is a dork.

  • This was a GREAT upload....I was born in '64...as a teenager I was "Why didn't you listen to this music?" ...instead I had to fall asleep to some very, very sad sounding music (at the time) Country! ...sigh...My Mom is not up with the times. I don't think she ever knew who Bob Dylan was/is. He's 70 now...just like her... I should take it slowing and introduce her to the soundttracks he's done I suppose...

  • ahahahahahahahahaha Glenn i love youu!<3

  • this movie has one of the best soundtracks

  • This is Phil Dunphy's favorite movie, obviously.

  • @acciomalfoy Haha, I thought of that too!

  • THis is some of the best evidence ive seen for the extermination of the white race.

  • @badnolar lmfao although i disagree that is fundamentally hilarious

  • @Hamgammy

    thanks!

  • @badnolar hahahahahaha flat butts and can't dance. i wouldn't say extermination, just stop trying to dance maybe, especially to soul

  • Thank you for posting this!!!! You've made my night.

  • I see my current group of college friends being like this in 10-20 years. My all time favorite movie! One of the best there is.

  • one of the best scenes in the movie and its kinda funny because i remember it being said that in real life they all stayed together to catch that friends vibe but at the time William Hurt (who was married to Mary Beth Hurt) didnt get along with Kevin Kline who started dating William's wife Mary Beth... so they're are alot of scenes where they are together where William Hurt looks uncomfortable near him most obviously at @ 0:34

  • bahahaha Jeff Goldblum dancing!

  • This fuckin' movie only relates to the self serving narcissistic whiny baby-boomers.

  • Did anyone else notice similarities between this and The Watchmen? I mean friends getting together because of an old friends death. And both movies featured tons of middle aged sex. It can't be a coincidence can it?

  • Did anyone in the group liked Jeff Goldblum's character at all? He even strikes out with the Meg Tilly.

  • Better quality? The aspect ratio isn't even right.

  • How embarassing.

  • There is no other music, not in my house!

  • I HATED this movie when I first saw it.

Then I realized that these mature, well adjusted adults were FLAMING HYPOCRITES.

    And then I laughed.

  • Remembering happy days of 1983 with this great movie.

  • One of my favorite scenes from The Big Chill :)

  • vecchi amici che si ritrovano dopo anni ......... Maurizio e Valeria siete stati una bellissima sorpresa

  • A movie where the years do not pass. Simply genial.

  • I'm a huge fan of that movie. I could swear the characters are based directly on my parents and their old group of friends. It's them. I know that group of people.

I think it's interesting that two of the actors playing those fun loving yuppies played absolute psychopaths in later movies and got Oscar nominations for their roles-- Tom Berenger in Platoon and Glenn Close in Fatal Attraction.

  • This scene has been copied so many times through the years it's frickin ridiculous.

  • aww lighten' up, will ya'?

  • Point taken.....I am much happier these days.

  • I saw this movie when I was about 11 or 12, I was never quite a normal child persay. I would dare someone of that age to actually understand and love this movie. I love it to this day!

  • I wonder what my college friends and I will be dancing to in 2015 (that's from 2000)...hopefully not for a funeral, however...

  • That's what makes this movie special. No matter what your age is you will relate to this movie.

  • I just don't think Brittany Spears will hold up.

  • i love this movie very very cool movie

  • Love this movie.

  • Cool! Just I found one blooper from this scene. He was holding The Temptations' 1968 album 'Cloud Nine', when this song came from their album 'Gettin' Ready', from 1965 or 1966 (I can't remeber).

  • Thanks for posting this! We were trying to think of what song went with this scene and I googled and found this!

  • good job....
