  • Awesome! 01:33 is just the coolest thing ever! I train like that to but I don't understand how to do the handstand drop at 01:22...do you need to do some kind of one armed elbow lever and than drop with the other hand or...?

    btw. you should start with the planche training...I think that you are already strong enough to hold it for about 10 seconds :)

    01.22 - It's easier than the handstand drop and other things. try that, you never evolution if you don't try! I will train that thanks. peace

  • I think that you don't need very strength, but you must have handstand balance.

  • I think that the shoulder muscles are needed for press handstands and you train them by doing pseudo planche push ups and handstand push ups (with nose touching the floor for each one). Start learning tucked press with bent arms after you can hold the handstand for 20 seconds and after you can do at least 3 hs push ups in a row :)
