Do you limit your front squatting because you're doing enough C&J's (with full squat cleans) in weekly training that they're not as necessary? Just guessing...
Do you work like brozknows (squatting for low reps, lots of sets basicly every day?) im trying 3s x 5r three times a week, Maybe that's not enough though :P
@clarence0 I hate to be 'that guy', but I come from a background of paralel squatting. With ATG Squats, is knees over toes okay? As long as the weight stays on the middle of the foot? Great squats btw.
