I just lost my son Jaden March 11th from the same condition. Your a strong man for hanging in there and stepping up holoprosencephaly is extremely difficult to manage and your little princess looks so happy and well cared for. She's beautiful god bless you both. She's in heaven probably best friends with my angel :)
