When I was 3 or 4 years old, I used to get excited when a Splasho cartoon would come on.

Perhaps Splasho wanted the tank filled AFTER he left the diving platform but BEFORE he reaches the tank. Splasho was lucky he could stop in the middle of the jump long enough to wait for the water, or else he'd go SPLAT-O into the empty tank!

Does anyone have the top and bottom version of this? First Splasho climbs to the top of the ladder and then falls to the bottom of the ladder then climbs up again and jumps down into the tank.

Some boss Splasho had, wanting to wait until *after* the dive to fill that tank...Splasho should've read his contract *before* he joined that circus.

That's true. Also, Splasho should've also looked into the tank before he climbed the ladder, and before he jumped off the diving board just to make sure he can see the spot where he should aim to fall in where water should be, and just to make sure the tank was all set.  Splasho's boss should also be fired himself for not taking care of his own circus star because Splasho could've gotten a serious brain injury if he landed in the tank with no water.
