Okay, so the second she pulls the baby out, everyone in the room starts screaming and going crazy... and i completely understand why she'd want her children in the room, don't get me wrong, that's a beautiful thing for them to see. But maybe they should've quieted down when the baby came out, what baby would want to be born in a room with people screaming and running around like they just saw a ghost?

It is the most realistic birth video that I have seen and was so happy to share something with my partner that I picture will be similar to our birth in a few months. I have two daughters- one a water home birth- but this is my partners first. I really wanted him to be able to see how intense and joyous birth can be, and having such a strong woman model what this can look like is great for a man that has no experience with birth. The crying is because the baby is crying and are tears of joy, and dont you think that a child learning from this experience will give them the gift of knowing what is right and wrong when it comes to sexual relationships, when they are older they will feel blessed at being at their siblings birth. I can hear the kids even saying " hes beautiful" so, again, get a grip, its life, kids learn, get over it.

They probably didn't have help to take care of the children... and those girls helped their mom with everything they could quite well.

@fifthdaughter the little ones are crying cause they are freaked out by the little munchkin that she just pulled out of the water, they can also sense emotions from adults...theyre confused basically. I think it would be best to have the baby then introduce it to it's siblings once its clothed and cleaned up. seeing it come out of her crotch so fast is pretty unsettling but for adults, primarily noone should be there but the father and the midwife.

Ok, first of all the point of a water birth is to have a calm, natural, peaceful entrance into the new world. This poor child has come directly into noise and chaos .I'm all for having the kids there, but with the understanding of "too much noise may upset the new baby, so let's be really quiet. Of course if it may have been at level 10 when the other children were born so I guess thats all they know. If I were the baby Id be hollering instead of nursing too!!!

instead of crying and screaming, and taking pictures they need 2 wrap the baby and clean out all that uterus stuff that could possibly be in its throat; the lady could use a bikini top but i guess that can slide; sum1 needs 2 remove the plascenta cuz shes bleeding ALL over the place; and HELLO!! where is the midwife/nanny/nurse/doctor SUMBODY! do they just let ppl preform home/water births without proper medical treatment these days?
4 minutes later the baby is not wrapped, its sneezing and coughing, the mothers placenta hasn't been removed, she bleeding all in the pool, kids crying and snaping pictures, and did I mention she asked for some warm towels and nobody has came with the towels yet for that baby.
And where is the medical personnel, I didn't know they just let people perform their own births these days with a nurse or doctor present.
The placenta is still working because the cord is still pulsating the placenta will show up in its own time maybe even a half an hour later. The baby is warm (Because so is that water about 100 degrees which is warmer than body temp) pink and strong. Read A BOOK!
I don't need to read a book I have given birth 3 times, and common sense and medically, you know that a new born needs to be wrapped up and so does the mother. she asked for a towel for warm towels and they never came.
And how do you know the water is 100 degrees.
You get an education and stop reading books, because the ones you are reading are messing with your brain.

@mrsleandrato how do you know that she hasn't pre warned her children what will happen? The crying is because the baby is crying and are tears of joy, and dont you think that a child learning from this experience will give them the gift of knowing what is right and wrong when it comes to sexual relationships, when they are older they will feel blessed at being at their siblings birth. I can hear the kids even saying " hes beautiful" so, again, get a grip, its life, kids learn, get over it.

@mrsleandrat I think kids cry not just because they are scared.... If you'll cry, your child will cry too because they suddenly think that you are not in control, and that makes them uncomfortable.
They probably didn't have help to take care of the children... and those girls helped their mom with everything they could quite well.
Do not judge them, you don't know them. It's easy to judge.....

@manfordsmood Im going to be bringing my 7 year old son into the delivery room with me, i already had the go ahead from the doctor. I showed him this video and even he didnt act as imature as some of the assholes commenting on this video and thats saying something. He actually thought it was really cool and seeing her pull the baby out made him excited to be seeing his brother get born soon. These people could learn something from this seven year old.

@fifthdaughter the little ones are crying cause they are freaked out by the little munchkin that she just pulled out of the water, they can also sense emotions from adults...theyre confused basically. I think it would be best to have the baby then introduce it to it's siblings once its clothed and cleaned up. seeing it come out of her crotch so fast is pretty unsettling but for adults, primarily noone should be there but the father and the midwife.

I agree with grlluvsjerz2, and understand about childbirth. Cause when you give birth everybody is happy and crying but not screaming like those kids and dad I didn't hear dad scream or cry. I'm sorry but it was very ANNOYING. I'm seen alot were everybody is happy and crying not screaming, thats why the baby was crying.

AND the water that u give birth in MUST be a certain temp for the baby its not cold or lukewarm the baby is quite warm.

Ok, first of all the point of a water birth is to have a calm, natural, peaceful entrance into the new world. This poor child has come directly into noise and chaos .I'm all for having the kids there, but with the understanding of "too much noise may upset the new baby, so let's be really quiet. Of course if it may have been at level 10 when the other children were born so I guess thats all they know. If I were the baby Id be hollering instead of nursing too!!!

4 minutes later the baby is not wrapped, its sneezing and coughing, the mothers placenta hasn't been removed, she bleeding all in the pool, kids crying and snaping pictures, and did I mention she asked for some warm towels and nobody has came with the towels yet for that baby.
And where is the medical personnel, I didn't know they just let people perform their own births these days with a nurse or doctor present.

The placenta is still working because the cord is still pulsating the placenta will show up in its own time maybe even a half an hour later. The baby is warm (Because so is that water about 100 degrees which is warmer than body temp) pink and strong. Read A BOOK!

I don't need to read a book I have given birth 3 times, and common sense and medically, you know that a new born needs to be wrapped up and so does the mother. she asked for a towel for warm towels and they never came.
And how do you know the water is 100 degrees.
You get an education and stop reading books, because the ones you are reading are messing with your brain.
