Oh heck yes when they re-played the series back in the 80s I was hooked and I was about 9 or 10 years old. Now I am 30 and I've found a greater appreciation in Nez's other creations, not that I wasn't aware it just speaks to me more :)

When the Monkees had their resurgence in the Late 80's early 90's we cut the new Monkees hit 'That was Then and This is Now" along with several other 'new' tracks to go along with the remix/re-issue of the old masters that we went in and did a lot of work on. What a blast to play with the guys you grew up listening to. Last weekend I got to play with Felix Cavalari, the lead singer for the "Rascals". "Good Lovin'" "Groovin". Wow, how blessed can you get? Are you kidding me?? Gosh I know envy is a sin, but I cannot help it lol. My sister went to their concert in either 86 or 87. It was great that each of them had their own style of singing.
