Good try and very enjoyable. Incongruity is the heart of comedy so try to not have everyone in the film grinning and laughing, which undercuts the irony. The easiest change of all: speed up the film. This would give it that comedic look of the old-time silents and move the action along with no extra effort on the part of the actors.

Good story line... Work a little more on Action and Re-action, that is the bases of slapstick comedy. Victim needs to re-act on what's going on and the "bafooons" should not laugh, only act "goofy"....... Otherwise great idea taking place in a Salon :)
Good elements and a good tribute overall. Some parts dragged for me (the string unwinding could be played a little faster), and maybe you could try to make it flow more. The parts with the shaving cream in the beginning and the pie fight were a little choppy. Other than a few small edits, though, very enjoyable.
Speaking of more footage.. it just occurred to me that these 3 Girls would be a world wide smash as the 3 stoogettes !! There are 2 other attempts, I know, on You tube..this short bodacious customer cutie is an awesome natural "curly" and maybe the taller one would be "Moe" or "Larry" or the Brunette either way, I have always been convinced that the people who could do a Quality 3Stoogettes series would truly become one of the "HoiPoloi". The key is to keep the girls pretty and in 40s style B&W
