So if the top business raises its price to pay Obama, the middle business will raise its price to pay the larger business and Obama, which will force your under 100K business to raise your price to pay for a triple Obama tax whack.

Your concept of transferring burden is incorrect. Any owner who has 250,000 dollar as pure profit income tax must not have been putting his own money into the investment of his own business. Therefore, with high tax, the large business owners will put more money into his company, therefore, increase the investment.

Income = spoil money you take home. Something that can be take home will not go into business.
