I don't even know what this body would do in reaction, it's better the tyrant do it very quickly and once and for all, otherwise he'd be destroyed first without even seen what hit him.

dude the tyrant is not the enemy... Basically there well be not tyrant if we live peacefully. Yet their will be a challenger if you will... we call him a tyrant and that is part of our non peaceful living.. Not understanding him and self.. he is different from us but not separate... his problem is our problem. there will be problem but peace with deal with it. This is dangerous way because we have to let our guard down. (and maybe die or be killed). easy said.peace can't b force understood yes

Krishnamurti has answered the question in a way that we have to understand this problem ourselves to find the answer.
I think he means that living peacefully produces a positive action in a conflicting situation. Something we have to investigate in ourselves, how inner (psychological) conflict is the result of the outer conflict in the world.
the point is that you will know what to do when it happens, no need to dwell on it before hand. It's like in a "life or death situation", if a lion attacks you, you naturally know what to do, you don't have to think about it. In order to survive a lion attack you do not need to have considered before hand "what will I do if there is a lion attack?"
I have seen Krishnamurti himself say that if someone attacked him he may very well kill them, but then he said that when it happens he will know what to do, no need to think about it before hand. It is like it is said in "The power of now"; (paraphrasing) "In a fully aware state you are free of all concepts, including the concept of non-violence".
