Cohen would more than appreciate this rendition of chelsea hotel #2. As for me, I gave it a 5 star rating and it's in my favourites. Please do some more Cohen. Your sense of timing and chord structure is a total turn-on. This is how classics are to be treated - with starkness of structure, to allow the ambience of the story to pervade.
