I guess Facebook ads work, that's how I discovered your blog and videos, learning a lot :) That camera girl however made me cringe when she whined "Ladies don't try with this weight". Sure, a lot of women can't lift that heavy, but you don't know until you try and push yourself. If you can't rack the weight you shouldn't be lifting them.
can you please explain to me why you dont have to warm up for body weight but you have to with weights machine. the answer would be cause its easyer to do say press ups over barbell bench press. how does this work with wide grip pull downs please? people do warm up sets then working sets with machine. but people who are new to weight lifting they can do body weight pull ups with out warm up sets even though its more harder for them? its confused me ? injurys? any help please thank you

Hey Vince I've been learning a lot about postural correction stuff lately. And the postural corrections i've made myself have increased the look of my physique almost more than adding mass ever has. Your physique would look 10 times better if you got into the habit of flexing your abs all the time. Would help you in next years WBFF and would eliminate any lower back problems you have as well.
Would the Tabata method be just as effective doing 4 rounds of 8 sets of 20 on 10 rest with a minute rest between rounds or whatever variable you choose?
when you were in college, first getting in shape, did you have a job at all or did you just get a shit ton of financial aid? im currently doing both and idk how you had time if you did or the money for it. eating enough and the right stuff is killer :(
@GamingGotrolop no, you can burn calories both ways, but lifting weights is way better since cardio only burns calories during the workout whereas lifting weights burns calories even after youve finished your workout because your muscles need to regenerate, and also more muscle = more maintenance calories burned every day. so overall lifting weights is better for fat loss, bearing in mind that you will only lose fat if u create a calorie deficit.
I like your honesty about how you feel doing some of the exercises, especially the MFF ones! :-)
I did get a better idea on how to do the DB RDL. In a previous video you had Flavia press the barbell against her thighs to engage the lats. You can do that with the DBs against the side of the thighs - I did that during my last workout (when I remembered to do that!). May want to see how it feels to you.
