Depends how old you are and how flexible you are when you start. The younger and more flexible you are to start, the more easily you will improve. But, I would recommend doing extra stretching aside.
hey, im thinking of taking up martial arts soon. Im not obese or exactly fat but i am large and im just wondering if flexibility comes with it after you train for a while. I know i can do some of the floor tricks like the rolling sommersault thing on the ground like in 0:22. Can anyone answer this?
