First, I'm not a medical practitioner & even if I was I wouldn't be able to diagnose you without more information & an exam. Many times shoulder blade pain is due to a muscle strain or pull. However, it may be a symptom of a herniated disc in the upper thoracic region so you need to see a medical doctor at once. Once he rules out a medical issue I'd be happy to send you some exercises I use. My advice is anecdotal & based on my personal experience & may not work for you, OK?
hello sir. I have a question to ask. recently I got a nerve pain near my shoulder blade area. I went for a chinese traditional reflexology and it got a little better and I was giving packets of chinese medicine to be taken. I was wondering how could I get rid of this pain? is there any specific exercises I can do or food/drinks to consume? the pain comes when I sneeze or when i lie down on my left arm. thanks!
