lol i live in chino hills too but was in vegas but apparently you could feel it in vegas too.when i heard the quake was close to my house i thought no more house
i'm from chino but moved up to Santa Barbara last year and i felt it in my apartment..lol, my parents say it was the worst they've felt in a loong time. since the Northridge earthquake
i live in chino hills so i was in the center of it.... i was in my library reading a book by agatha christie and i felt shaking at first i didn't know what to think but i realized it was an earth quake when books fell on me O_O
I was at work when this one happened, second floor of a library. My coworker RAN to the doorway, but I remained seated thinking it was a small quake, but then it built up so I figured ok it's time to get up.
i live in corona right next to chino hills it shook alot of picture frames off the wall and shook me out of bed

i was in my cousins house in chino at the time and i was watching steve wilkos next thing i know the house is shaking like crazy
i ran outside and i was shaking bad
and im posting this 30 min or more after the san benadino quake

Right after it happened, they said it was 5.8 but after more examination they changed it to 5.4

Actually, it was originally 5.6, then it changed to 5.8, then 5.4. So you were mostly right. =)
