Hi my wife past away friday 10, june,2011 and i m tryin to see if there is a way to go see her in indianapolis IN, i dont have any legal document to use to go in the USA, what i can do? but i was deported on octuber 2009, the only problem was that i miss immigration court. only deportation no criminal record, Do i have a chance to go into the USA to take care funeral services? PLEASE GET BACK WITH ME ASP i dont have much time
@r1yamaha2009 i live in indianapolis, IN. and im sorry for your loss, only way i can think of to get in the US is contacting a high official in the US and tell them your specific reasons that why you want to enter.
You can remain anonymous if you would like; however, if investigators would like more answers, they would contact you . You can even leave a name that isn't yours, as long as you recognize it when an investigator calls you. Help ICE help you. If you know of a illegal an complain about them being in your country, then call ICE , do something about it.
This is an interesting video, but I really don't see why they need to make such a fuss at the border. The US and America are virtually the same country. Why don't they just abolish controls? It's like you were entering Russia or some other police state there. It's just a waste of time. Save money and sack all those immigration, customs people. .
