Thank you! I studied photos of cheetahs, lions and leopards galloping to do this. Also the photo sequences in the classic book, Animals in Motion by Muybridge (the guy who first took a sequence of photos showing a horse galloping.
AS for a movie, I would love it if Pixar or Blue Sky or Dreamworks optioned it as a project. Or a smaller studio. For now, I'll continue playing with Anim8tor and maybe do a short movie. I'm also doing a lot of Internet publicity for my new book, Ratha's Courage.
If you look at the first animation, you can see that it was put together with balls and cylinders. I built the skeleton first and assigned each piece to a "bone". Then I replaced the rough parts with more refined parts. I'm still working on it.
