This wasn't unscripted, and there are multiple productions. Check Wikipedia for Turboencabulator.

I recognized the actor (no name tho) but can't place what he did other than
a few sitcoms in the 60's 70's.
Ahh well even scripted it takes a bit of talent to wrap your tounge around all that BS ;-]
