Can you explain why this is entitled as a bo (kon) kata when he has an eiku? Hard to follow?

Thanks for the question. Often, but not always, the kata is written out in Japanese as 津堅砂掛の棍. Alternately, 津堅砂掛の櫂. Personally, I follow the characters that my teacher wrote the kata 津堅砂掛の棍「櫂手」. Hence the romaji of the title of this video.

Thank you for sharing. All are excellent examples of Okinawa Kobudo (Karate) that can be found in most any dojo on Okinawa
