BackTrack 3. It's outdated now, BackTrack 4 is nearing release. You can download the BackTrack 4 Pre-Final LiveCD though. It's very stable in my opinion.

I use a Linksys WUSB54GC, but the newest version is made by Cisco and I hear it doesn't work =(
