Wow, I kind of had forgotten how energetic and how great Myles sounded those days. He still sounds great and all but that new found love (Alter Bridge) and exitement he shows here is not the same anymore. Love those guys but maybe they tour too much. On the other hand they are getting more recognition for doing so.

@filionka I totally understand what you mean. Then again, you have to remember, AB tours for months at a time, and as soon as they're done, Mark, Brian and Flip go home, and Myles goes on tour with Slash. Plus, he's 41 now, not exactly a youngster. Still, I think being in this line of work for a while sort of numbs you to all of the excitement.

Alter Bridge proves that real rock is dead. There's a lot of people whom have never heard a single AB song(which is sad) but yet every one knows who Jonas,Justin Beiber,Lady Gaga,etc. On award shows fake bands with no guitar riffs win.

People AB is real,if you don't beleive me go watch every video u can find,start with my personal favorite Way Ward one,then Blackbird in go on from there.

@InsaneBlaze23 I wouldn't speak too soon saying that they are proof that real rock is dead. Alter Bridge drops a new album this year, and I honestly it is going to be their biggest success to this date. They're getting greater exposure with time, and the fact of Myles touring with Slash proves it. Alter Bridge is real rock, and I'm pulling for them to be number one in america with the new album. Maybe they will be, maybe it won't, but I firmly believe they have a great chance at this point. :)

@InsaneBlaze23 I know exactly what you mean, and I feel the same, but there are so many other incredible bands that no one really knows about because of bands like the ones you mentioned at the end. It just happens as it does, but I never grew up around much pop crap. I still disagree with the idea that real rock is dead because AB is not popular already. Real rock doesn't live through popularity or record sales from the drop of a dime. It lives as long as people make it. Alter Bridge does. ;)

I just wait to be able to hear songs like shed my skin n other AB songs along with other bands tht r great but doint get ne air time.for example Nonpoint,Skindred,Sevendust,n more. These bands have been around for awhile but nothing. I've only heard a Alter Bridge song once on the radio n tht was Rise Today, I've heard one Sevendust song on radio n none from Nonpoint n Skindred.These are not the only bands but there good bands tht deserve to be played.

@InsaneBlaze23 It's definitely a pity that it doesn't go like that, and I two remember when sevendust was on the radio when I was younger. That was a band that should've kept getting more airtime. The new AB III album could however be Alter Bridge's time for that attention though. They've been getting more and more popular with every year from what I could see. This should be interesting either way. :)

Perhaps one of the greatest rock backs of or age. Amazing what dropping Scott Stapp did for their sound. Their 3rd CD is in the makes! That's right another CD in 2010 followed by a tour. Creed was a reunion tour and then back to Alter Bridge. Myles has amazing pipes and Mark......well can the guy melt a guitar or what? AMAZING!

I think Myles got a little too hyper during that lol. But it's awesome that he gets so into it. Most rockstars only do it for fame, money and to be mainstream. Alter Bridge are amazing :)

Wrong. Creed broke up and Scott Phillips and Mark Tremonti fromed a band with Brian Marshall (not the basist for creed) and Myles Kennedy(Former singer of the mayfield four). And im pretty sure that Myles and Mark and christains, I dont know about scott and Brian.
