How the hell do you not play real drums, nobody who just plays regular rockband uses freaking vic firth sticks and keeps the (albeit modded base drum pedal) down, you must know someone who drums, because I could slide you behind a real drumset and you could play this song, you'd just need an extra pad to get used to so you could play the ride cymbal and the 'third' tom

Your technique is not half bad. But why are you playing on a stupid video game? Complete waste of skills. Buy a real drum kit, even go electronic and practice.

Your drumming technique is actually quite good, but when you play like this, you are missing alot of the little nuisances like opening & closing the high hat.

@reedmitchell64 Thats not true. Learning to play the drums is about practice and muscle memory. Rock Band drums screw up your muscle memory to a tiny spot, and the hi hat snare parts are messed up. I've got a real drum set and I play rb drums/ gh drums on expert/expert+. They aren't the same at all and playing either doesn't help with the other.

@FUPAsteve You're kind of right. I went from playing rock band straight to drums and the only adjusting I had to do was the spacing and of coarse getting used to actual rebound.

The charts are very accurate IF you can understand what each of the pads are meant to be. I hear your point on the open/close hi-hat hits but there's no real work around for that.

@noobslayer95 Well if you watch some of the RB3 vids you can see the notes are changed from the standard rectangle to a GH style circle when the notes are for cymbal hits instead of a tom. But only on the yellow, blue, and green notes. I'm pretty sure that the open-close hit hat pedal is likely. Personally I'd love to see it. It'd make thing a lot more fun.
